License for digital materials
Digital downloads, templates, frameworks, assessments and related 5T intellectual property are licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal business use unless otherwise stated. Purchase does not transfer ownership of 5T intellectual property.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or represent 5T intellectual property as your original work without written authorization. Clients may use completed custom deliverables within their own organizations according to the applicable agreement.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit confidential, regulated, patient, employee, credential, financial-account or proprietary information through public forms.
No guarantee
5T does not guarantee a particular business or operating result. Outcomes depend on scope, conditions, participation, decisions and implementation.
Governing law
Unless an existing 5T legal agreement specifies otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States, without adding rights or restrictions that cannot lawfully be limited.
