PRIVACY & SECURITY

Confidentiality begins with collecting less.

This public website is for learning, high-level assessment and initial qualification. It is not a secure intake portal and is not an approved channel for confidential, regulated, patient, employee or proprietary information.

SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY BY DESIGN

Reduce exposure.
Define access before work begins.

5T separates public qualification from client delivery. High-level inquiries can establish fit. Sensitive information, when truly required, is handled only after the engagement and its safeguards are defined.

01

The public site collects less

The assessment and executive readiness screen use high-level categories and ranges. There are no public file uploads, client portals, account logins or narrative fields for confidential operating details.

02

Selections stay in your browser

The site does not send form selections to a 5T database. When you choose to make an inquiry, the site opens a draft in your own email application. Do not use that draft to add sensitive information.

03

Sensitive work is contract-first

If an engagement may require confidential or regulated information, the professional-services agreement, statement of work, approved communication method, access boundaries and client requirements are established first.

04

Access follows the scope

Access is limited to the minimum necessary for the approved work, subject to the client’s policies and role-based controls. Scope expansion and additional access require written approval.

05

Payments stay with the processor

When payment capability is activated, card information is entered into the payment processor’s checkout—not stored by this public website. Recurring engagements begin only after signed documents are in place.

06

Browser defenses reduce common risk

The site uses HTTPS transport protections and defensive response policies intended to reduce clickjacking, MIME confusion, unnecessary browser permissions, insecure loading and unapproved resource connections.

DO NOT SUBMIT THROUGH THE PUBLIC SITE OR ORDINARY EMAIL

Keep sensitive information inside an approved channel.

Initial inquiries must stay at the category level. If more detail is needed, 5T will first define an appropriate process for the engagement.

ENGAGEMENT SECURITY BOUNDARY

Agreement first.
Access second.

01

Qualify

Share high-level ranges and categories only.

02

Scope

Identify the work, information sensitivity and regulatory context.

03

Agree

Sign the professional-services agreement and statement of work.

04

Secure

Approve tools, roles, access, retention and escalation expectations.

05

Activate

Begin work with the minimum necessary information and access.

A CLEAR SECURITY STANDARD

Risk can be reduced.
It cannot be eliminated.

No public website or information system can be guaranteed impossible to compromise. 5T uses layered precautions and data minimization to reduce exposure, and does not ask prospective clients to send confidential or regulated information through the public site or ordinary email. Engagement-specific legal, privacy, regulatory and security requirements are defined in writing before access is provided.
