Sales are final once digital content has been delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by law.
This applies to downloadable digital products, assessments, templates and immediately accessible digital materials. If a file is defective, inaccessible or not delivered as described, contact hello@5toperatinggroup.com so 5T can review and correct the issue.
Consulting and advisory services
Payments for work already performed are non-refundable. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, retainer and project-specific terms follow the applicable client agreement, proposal or statement of work.
Applicable law
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
