HOW THE REVIEW WORKS
A discovery conversation establishes the product or service, intended users, launch goals and agreed review scope.

Get a concise written assessment of operational gaps, adoption barriers, key assumptions and recommended next steps.
Discuss the findings with leadership, clarify priorities and decide what your team should address next.
Your team receives recommendations and retains responsibility for implementation. Ongoing advisory support is available through a separately agreed scope.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Healthcare technology and care-delivery companies with an existing product, service or defined workflow preparing for launch, expansion or a major operational change. It is especially relevant to care-at-home and value-based care environments.
One agreed product, service or workflow; a discovery conversation; a demonstration or workflow review; a concise prioritized findings document; and a leadership readout. Scope is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. Additional products, markets or implementation work are scoped separately.
The target delivery window begins after the scope is approved, required materials are available and the necessary conversations are scheduled. Timing is confirmed in the proposal.

No. This is an operational assessment and advisory engagement. It does not certify launch readiness, guarantee adoption or financial outcomes, or replace clinical, legal, regulatory, actuarial or security advice.
