Her leadership experience spans clinical operations, workforce performance, financial accountability, growth, quality, team development and the operating systems required to connect them.

As a business and property owner, Melissa has worked across community and real-estate development, retail, distribution, product development, marketing, logistics and small-business growth—connecting ideas to customers, physical environments, supply chains, financial decisions and repeatable execution.
